Dr. Scheffel's Eye Care Center has a new, cutting edge technology for patients seeking the best in optometric precision for progressive add lenses and personalized care.
Visioffice, by Essilor, delivers breakthrough results in vision-measurement technology by using 3D measurements, providing the most accurate eye-lens positioning and visual-behavior calculations available.
Visioffice measures the location of the pupils, the natural tilt of the head, how the eyes move and more.  In a matter of minutes, Visioffice collects the exact data needed to digitally manufacture the most customizable lenses possible. This new technology is user-friendly, both for the patient and optometrist. In fact, it is as easy as standing in front of a mirror as the camera collects information from its sensors.
Visioffice also uses Frame Selection, allowing patients to try on multiple frames as it takes a picture that can be seen on screen.  These images can be printed or emailed, so the patients have the option to show family and friends.
This eye data can then be combined with frame and head/eye behavior data to create truly personalized lenses. The combination of technologies outperforms all other measuring systems on the market.
